I've got sockets and discrete parts down, but until I have at least a temporary mounting solution I'm going to hold off on testing and adding ICs. Also need to figure out the front panel artwork before I can wire the switches and lights...
$202 including shipping. That's more than pcbway estimates, but after looking at reviews I felt that a specialist in front panels was the least-risk option. The fan cutouts on the back accounts for $33 of that :/
Received the front and back panels, and they are quite nice. Only two minor problems - the minimum panel thickness was a little more, so the keyswitches don't quite lock in, and I made the indicator holes very slightly too small. A spot of glue should fix the first, and a light ream fixed the second.
Sadly I'm going to be travelling so I won't be able to wire this for a while.
Hey,
Very nice. Please do share more as you build. So nice to see other people's projects.
Would love to hear if it all works first time and if not then what troubleshooting you have to do.
Gavin.

Looking good!
